Early registration is encouraged to secure the spot for your kids due to the size limit for each age group.
Tuition Policy:
Deposit: Deposit of one-month tuition needs to be placed for registration. Refund of deposit is available upon exit of program.
Tuition due: Monthly tuition is due in the 1st week of every month. Penalty fee occurs for late tuition submission (penalty fee is $20 per week after the 1st week due each month).
Late pickup charge: Child needs to be picked up in the afternoon by no later than 5:00pm. Late pickup will incur additional charge of $1 per minute for any minutes that pass 5pm. The additional charge will be collected to pay teachers for their extended stay after 5pm.
Exit Policy: Exit of the program needs to informed at least one month ahead for qualification of deposit refund or the expected tuition payment.
Tuition Refund: No prorated refund of the tuition for the month when refund is requested. No tuition refund or reduction for kid’s absence due to sickness or on vacation.
